There are as many ways to make corn on the cob as there are cooks or cobs! Seriously, everyone has their own way of making a pot of corn! And, now, with the electric pressure cooker on many countertops, there are LOTS of ways to do corn that way, too!
This easy peasy recipe is for the lazy cook who does not want to have the kids go shuck 2 dozen ears. Simply cut both ends off the ear, place the ears in the water in the bottom of the IP, set the timer and voila – in just a few minutes time you can have perfectly done corn!

Instructions

- Cut off both ends of the corn, as tight to the actual cob that you can. Lay the trimmed ears right in the IP. Usually 8-10 ears can go in at a time.
- Lock on the lid and set the toggle to sealing. Set manual/pressure to 5 minutes. When done, quick release the pressure and remove the lid.
- Allow for a few minutes to cool, then remove the ears to a plate. Remove husks and strings. Serve hot with favorite toppings!
