ears of corn
not shucked

Instructions
Put two cups water in the bottom of the Instant Pot liner.
Cut off both ends of the corn, as tight to the actual cob that you can. Lay the trimmed ears right in the IP. Usually 8-10 ears can go in at a time.
Lock on the lid and set the toggle to sealing. Set manual/pressure to 5 minutes. When done, quick release the pressure and remove the lid.
Allow for a few minutes to cool, then remove the ears to a plate. Remove husks and strings. Serve hot with favorite toppings!
