There are so many that it is hard to figure out which eating regimes are going to be the best for each individual – we are all so different in how we like to eat and what our level of health is going into a new way of eating. We all are hopeful that one certain way of eating is going to be THE ONE that helps us feel and look our best.
Fortunately, when we find a way of eating that we might like to try, the internet is full of information about that plan! And, there is almost assuredly a Facebook support group for that regime! And, if there is a Facebook group for it, there is probably an Instant Pot group just for that specific diet or meal plan, too!
One of the reasons most women give for “falling off the wagon” on a diet plan is not having enough food prepped ahead of time. Coming home tired and cold and hungry, and finding that the cupboards or the fridge are bare, means many of us will revert to our old ways of eating, just out of convenience.
