Put stuffed apples into the bottom of the liner of the Instant Pot. Put in 1/4 cup of water, and if you have any extra streusel, you can sprinkle that in, too. Lock on you lid and set to sealing. Cook on high manual/pressure cook for 3 minutes. Allow for a natural pressure release of @10 minutes. Serve with the caramel sauce drizzled over the top.
