Saute the bacon in the liner of your Instant Pot. This will take approximately 20 minutes. You want the bacon to be well enough cooked to have structure, or as crispy as you like it. Remove the cooked bacon to a plate and set aside.
While bacon is cooking, mix all wet ingredients and the spices together in a glass measuring cup or bowl. Once the bacon is out of the liner, deglaze the pan with the liquids and scrap up any little bits on the bottom.
Cut off the bottoms of the sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise. Add them to the liner and stir to coat. Set manual/pressure cook to three minutes and then lock and seal your lid. When the sprouts are done, do a quick release. Add the reserved bacon back in, stir well, and serve warm.
