This is so easy, anyone with an Instant Pot can make this applesauce – the scent of the cooked apples will perfume your house, and the warm yummy sauce will delight everyone that gets to taste it!

Ingredients
- 10-12 medium applescored
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- Put the water in the bottom of the Instant Pot liner.
- Add the cut apples, and then top with the cinnamon sticks.
- Lock the lid into place, and set toggle to sealing. Set manual/pressure cook to 8 minutes.
- Allow for a 15 minute natural pressure release.
- Open lid and remove cinnamon sticks. Use immersion blender to blend to the consistency you like.
- Stores well for up to 7 days in a refrigerator.
