Ingredients
- 1 small whole cooked chickenshredded or diced
- 1 small white onionchopped very small
- 1 stalk celerychopped very small
- 1 cup toasted walnutschopped fine
- 1 cup your favorite mayoI use Just Mayo – so good!
- 1 lemonjuiced
- 3-4 tablespoons capersplus I threw in a little caper juice
- 3 sprigs basil leaves, purple or greenchopped very fine
- salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl. Mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning. Refrigerate until you eat it!
